I dealt with Sam Ayad with the purchase of a blue RAM 1500 Big Horn. I called multiple times and visited the truck a total of four times before I finally came into buy it. Sam was understanding of my purchase price and was able to work with me and we both came to an agreement. I called Sam and he even offer to come in on a Sunday after church whenever they were closed to sell me the truck! Overall my service with this company was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend.
My son and I bought a 2005 Mustang from Samuels in October two months later totaled with no Gap insurance. Sam was tremendous, they worked with us on the balance owed after insurance and helped my son pick another car off the lot with the same payment. Every time we go there, it’s a welcoming and warm environment. I’ve found them to be honest and conduct business with integrity. They have certain Ed earned this repeat customer. Just so happens I bought this van. It's even better than it looks. I am from St. Louis but the great staff there made it happen. Runs and looks great. It just passed Mo inspections with flying colors. I would recommend Sam's very highly. Best I've ever been treated while buying a used car and I think the best used car I have ever bought. I had one car in mind when I set out on my search. Many big name dealerships had it listed on their website and would tell me it was available. Arriving in person, I would find that none of which would be true. Lies just to pull me in and offer me something that I wasn't looking for (as if I don't know the performance differences in engines.)

I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a vehicle give Samuel's Auto Sales a shout. The team here really is concerned about what's best for you and what you can afford, they don't wear you out with sales pressure and try to just do anything to get you to sign, they want everyone to feel comfortable with their transaction. Sam, was a great kid who really had my best interest in mind and was completely honest about what he did and didn't know about certain things. He worked hard to get me approved with my low credit score and got me hooked up with a deal we were both happy with rather than just trying to get my down payment out of me and leave me high and dry with a bad deal, that's the real difference maker of Samuel's Auto Sale's. I usually do all payments online, but when it comes to my vehicle, I will probably do it in person just so I can say hello to this great staff every month. I also plan on getting another vehicle from them real soon.
